The New Bedford Half Marathon is a month away. I've had good runs in recent weeks but still struggle at the 10 mile mark. I'm not improving. Therefore I decided to step up the training routine and really push myself. I ran 3-4 miles every day this week. Big change from 2-4 times a week. Legs and body are OK. Tomorrow when I do my big weekly run the appearance or absence of aches and pains will determine if my training program is OK. I'm hoping for great results, easy running, and maybe a personal best 11+ miles.
